Emily aka “Em” began her journey of jewelry making in 2012 while living on the North Shore of Oahu.

She always had a love for creating but never knew what would become of it.

Her first creations were made from sea shells and sea glass she gathered from walks on the beach, and put together with wire from the local hardware store.

As her skills grew and she became known, she invested in high quality tools and materials and “SeaSaltByEm” was born.

In 2014 she moved back to Santa Cruz, and now splits her time between S.C. and North Lake Tahoe (where she was born and raised) creating jewelry.
She has since expanded her designs and collections. Incorporating gem stones, crystals, and different techniques throughout.

Each piece is handmade with love by Emily and is created with 14 karat gold fill.
